BuzzAV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

What BuzzAV Hosts

BuzzAV is a ranking and analytics platform. We do not host, store, or distribute copyrighted video content. We aggregate publicly available metadata (titles, ratings, peer statistics) and display thumbnail images sourced from third-party platforms. If you believe your copyrighted work is being used in a way that constitutes infringement, please follow the procedure below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send the following information to our designated copyright agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) where the material appears on BuzzAV.
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Response Time

We will review and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notification by sending the required information to the email address above. Please include: your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, BuzzAV will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
